The App includes an AI scanner powered by the ChatGPT API (OpenAI, L.L.C.). When you use this feature, content you submit is sent to OpenAI for analysis. ECOVALOR CAPITAL SL. does not store this content.
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it.
The App may display advertisements, referrals, or links to products and services offered by partner financial institutions. These partners are independent third parties. Any contract, application, or transaction you enter into with a partner is solely between you and that partner.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ECOVALOR CAPITAL SL. only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ecovalorcapital.org/privacy.html, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
